Privacyverklaring

Laatst bijgewerkt: 7 mei 2026 · Deze verklaring is geschreven volgens de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG / GDPR) en de Uitvoeringswet AVG (UAVG).

Bij GrowthMaster (Kelly Kap) gaan we zorgvuldig om met persoonsgegevens. We verzamelen alleen wat we écht nodig hebben en bewaren niet langer dan nodig. Onderstaand vind je precies wat we doen en welke rechten je hebt.

1. Wie zijn wij

Voor alle vragen over privacy kun je rechtstreeks contact opnemen via bovenstaande gegevens.

2. Welke gegevens we verwerken

Wanneer je een gids download (lead-magnet)

• E-mailadres — om de gids te kunnen versturen + eventueel een follow-up.
• Welke gids je hebt aangevraagd (bv. reizen-gids) — om relevante vervolgmail mogelijk te maken.
• Tijdstip van aanvraag.

Wanneer je een gratis SEO-scan aanvraagt

• E-mailadres + website-URL — om de scan uit te voeren en het rapport te kunnen mailen.
• Tijdstip van aanvraag.

Wanneer je op de WhatsApp-knop klikt

• Een anonieme sessie-ID (random gegenereerd, opgeslagen in sessionStorage en automatisch gewist als je je tabblad sluit) — alleen om dubbele klikken te ontdubbelen.
• Het nummer waar je heen klikt + de vooringevulde tekst (alleen wat al in de WhatsApp-link stond — niet wat je daarna zelf typt in WhatsApp).
• De pagina waarop je klikte.

We zien niet wat jij vervolgens in WhatsApp typt of verstuurt — dat gaat rechtstreeks tussen jouw telefoon en die van Kelly. We zien alleen of er op de knop is geklikt.

Wat we niet verzamelen

• Geen IP-adressen voor langetermijn-tracking
• Geen advertentie-cookies of marketing-pixels (geen Facebook Pixel, geen Google Ads-tags)
• Geen data over wat je elders op het web doet
• Geen profielbouw — we koppelen sessies niet aan persoonlijk profiel zonder dat jij zelf je e-mail invult

3. Waarom & rechtsgrond

We verwerken bovenstaande gegevens op één van deze drie rechtsgronden uit artikel 6 AVG:

• Toestemming (art. 6 lid 1 sub a) — voor lead-magnet downloads en scan-aanvragen geef je actief toestemming door je e-mail in te vullen en te submitten.
• Uitvoering overeenkomst (art. 6 lid 1 sub b) — om je daadwerkelijk de gids of scan te kunnen leveren.
• Gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6 lid 1 sub f) — voor anonieme WhatsApp-klikregistratie, om te kunnen meten welke pagina's en CTA's werken. Dit belang weegt op tegen jouw privacy omdat we geen identificeerbare gegevens opslaan en de sessie-ID automatisch verloopt.

4. Hoe lang we ze bewaren

• E-mailadressen uit lead-formulieren: maximaal 24 maanden na laatste interactie. Daarna wissen we de gegevens, of eerder als je een wisverzoek doet.
• WhatsApp-klik-logs: maximaal 13 maanden, daarna automatisch gewist.
• E-mails verstuurd via Resend (gids + scan-bevestigingen): tot 30 dagen zichtbaar in het Resend log-systeem voor delivery-monitoring, daarna automatisch gewist door Resend.

5. Met wie we delen

Voor de werking van de site gebruiken we drie verwerkers (allemaal binnen de EU/EER, of met passende waarborgen):

Met al deze partijen hebben we een verwerkersovereenkomst (Data Processing Agreement) afgesloten conform AVG art. 28. We verkopen je gegevens nooit door aan derden voor marketingdoeleinden.

6. Cookies & tracking

We gebruiken geen advertentie- of marketing-cookies. Wat we wél gebruiken:

• Functionele sessieopslag (sessionStorage): één random sessie-ID om dubbele WhatsApp-klikken te ontdubbelen. Wordt automatisch gewist als je je tabblad sluit. Geen IP, geen profiel, geen koppeling met persoonsgegevens.
• Voorkeur-vlag: of je het toestemmingsbanner gezien hebt (gm_consent) — pure UX-optimalisatie zodat je het niet steeds opnieuw ziet.

Bij je eerste bezoek vragen we expliciet om toestemming voor de WhatsApp-klikregistratie. Weiger je? Dan wordt er niets gelogd over jouw klikken. Je toestemming is altijd in te trekken via de toestemmingsbanner onderaan de pagina (verschijnt opnieuw als je 'm sluit) of door sessionStorage te wissen in je browser.

7. Beveiliging

• HTTPS overal (TLS 1.3)
• API-tokens en secrets in environment-variabelen, nooit in code
• Toegang tot het lead-dashboard alleen voor Kelly Kap zelf
• Wachtwoord-protected admin-routes
• Geen export van leads naar lokale apparaten zonder wisbeleid

8. Jouw rechten

Onder de AVG heb je de volgende rechten ten aanzien van je persoonsgegevens:

• Inzage — je mag opvragen welke gegevens we van je hebben.
• Rectificatie — je mag onjuiste gegevens laten corrigeren.
• Vergetelheid (wissen) — je mag verzoeken dat we al je gegevens wissen.
• Beperking van verwerking — je mag verzoeken dat we de verwerking tijdelijk pauzeren.
• Dataportabiliteit — je mag een kopie krijgen van je gegevens in een gangbaar formaat (CSV/JSON).
• Bezwaar — je mag bezwaar maken tegen verwerking op basis van gerechtvaardigd belang.
• Toestemming intrekken — voor verwerkingen op basis van toestemming, kun je die altijd intrekken.

Stuur een mail naar kelly@growthmaster.nl met je verzoek. We reageren binnen 30 dagen (meestal binnen 5 werkdagen). We mogen om identificatie vragen voordat we gegevens vrijgeven of wissen.

9. Klacht indienen

Vind je dat we niet correct met je gegevens omgaan? Probeer eerst contact met ons op te nemen — we lossen het graag direct op. Kom je er niet uit, dan heb je het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP):

10. Wijzigingen

We kunnen deze verklaring aanpassen als wet- of regelgeving verandert, of als we onze diensten uitbreiden. Bij wezenlijke wijzigingen melden we dat actief op de homepage. De datum bovenaan toont altijd wanneer de laatste update was.

Privacy statement

Last updated: 7 May 2026 · This statement is written in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).

At GrowthMaster (Kelly Kap) we handle personal data with care. We only collect what we genuinely need and don't keep it longer than necessary. Below you'll find exactly what we do and which rights you have.

1. Who we are

2. What data we process

When you download a guide (lead magnet)

• Email address — to send you the guide and possibly a follow-up.
• Which guide you requested (e.g. travel-guide) — to make a relevant follow-up email possible.
• Time of request.

When you request a free SEO scan

• Email address + website URL — to perform the scan and email you the report.
• Time of request.

When you click the WhatsApp button

• An anonymous session ID (random, stored in sessionStorage and automatically deleted when you close the tab) — only to deduplicate clicks.
• The number you click toward + the pre-filled text (only what was already in the WhatsApp link — not what you type afterwards in WhatsApp).
• The page you clicked on.

We do not see what you subsequently type or send in WhatsApp — that goes directly between your phone and Kelly's. We only see whether the button was clicked.

What we don't collect

• No IP addresses for long-term tracking
• No advertising cookies or marketing pixels (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tags)
• No data about what you do elsewhere on the web
• No profiling — we don't link sessions to a personal profile unless you fill in your email yourself

3. Why & legal basis

We process the above data on one of three legal bases under article 6 GDPR:

• Consent (art. 6(1)(a)) — for lead magnet downloads and scan requests, you actively give consent by entering your email and submitting.
• Contractual necessity (art. 6(1)(b)) — to actually deliver the guide or scan to you.
• Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) — for anonymous WhatsApp click tracking, to measure which pages and CTAs work. This interest outweighs your privacy because we don't store identifiable data and the session ID expires automatically.

4. How long we store it

• Email addresses from lead forms: at most 24 months after last interaction. After that we delete the data, or earlier if you submit a deletion request.
• WhatsApp click logs: at most 13 months, then automatically deleted.
• Emails sent via Resend (guide + scan confirmations): visible for up to 30 days in the Resend log system for delivery monitoring, then automatically deleted by Resend.

5. Who we share it with

For the site to work we use three processors (all within the EU/EEA, or with appropriate safeguards):

With all of these we have a Data Processing Agreement in place under GDPR art. 28. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use no advertising or marketing cookies. What we do use:

• Functional session storage (sessionStorage): one random session ID to deduplicate WhatsApp clicks. Automatically deleted when you close the tab. No IP, no profile, no link to personal data.
• Preference flag: whether you've seen the consent banner (gm_consent) — pure UX optimization so you don't see it repeatedly.

On your first visit we explicitly ask consent for WhatsApp click tracking. Decline? Then nothing is logged about your clicks. You can withdraw consent at any time via the consent banner at the bottom of the page (reappears if you close it) or by clearing sessionStorage in your browser.

7. Security

• HTTPS everywhere (TLS 1.3)
• API tokens and secrets in environment variables, never in code
• Access to the lead dashboard only for Kelly Kap
• Password-protected admin routes
• No export of leads to local devices without a deletion policy

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — you can request what data we hold about you.
• Rectification — you can have inaccurate data corrected.
• Erasure — you can request that we delete all your data.
• Restriction of processing — you can request a temporary processing pause.
• Data portability — you can receive a copy of your data in a common format (CSV/JSON).
• Objection — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdrawal of consent — for processing based on consent, you can always withdraw it.

Send an email to kelly@growthmaster.nl with your request. We respond within 30 days (usually within 5 business days). We may ask for identification before releasing or deleting data.

9. File a complaint

Think we're not handling your data correctly? Contact us first — we're happy to fix it directly. If we can't reach a solution, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, AP):

10. Changes

We may update this statement when laws or regulations change, or when we expand our services. For substantive changes we actively announce it on the homepage. The date at the top always shows when the last update was made.
